The Social Media Benchmark (SMB) is a new six-monthly survey exploring how businesses are grappling with, adapting to and investing in social media.

It is designed as a cross-sector study, relevant to both business, consumer and not-for-profit markets/public sector and all sizes of organisation. Designed specifically for marketing, brand, communications and digital practitioners, the Social Media Benchmark repeats on a six-monthly basis.

The second wave of the Social Media Benchmark is live from 21 March 2012. Building on the key issues highlighted in wave one (Autumn 2011), the survey explores in-depth:
